School Climate Survey

Dear parents and guardians

The WCDSB has a Ministry requirement to conduct a School Climate Survey every two years with students, staff and parents. The link for St. Elizabeth School is below, and we strongly encourage you to complete this confidential survey. We wish to find out about bullying and harassment among students at our school, and use this information to help promote an environment of respect, safety, and belonging for all students.

The URL to the St. Elizabeth survey is: https://wcdsb.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8A2BYWebSfj90Ed?school=ELH

Thank you for participating in this opportunity to express your voice.

Sincerely,

Jo Goossens
