What to bring:

  • Appropriate running shoes!
  • Appropriate clothing – dress in layers (track pants/shorts, sweatshirts, etc.)
  • A coat, if necessary
  • A blanket to sit on
  • A healthy lunch and snacks
  • Lots of water
  • Sunscreen
  • A hat
  • Umbrella
  • Books, cards, colouring books, portable games that will fit in a backpack

What not to bring:

  • Electronics/phones (if cell phones are out, they will be taken for the day by staff)
  • Tents
  • Junk food and food that may spoil.
  • Unnecessary valuables (jewelry, etc)

The forecast for Monday looks a little wet and very cool. If it is a light rain we will be going! So dress for the weather!!!!
