What to bring:
- Appropriate running shoes!
- Appropriate clothing – dress in layers (track pants/shorts, sweatshirts, etc.)
- A coat, if necessary
- A blanket to sit on
- A healthy lunch and snacks
- Lots of water
- A hat
- Books, cards, colouring books, portable games that will fit in a backpack
What not to bring:
- Electronics/phones (if cell phones are out, they will be taken for the day by staff)
- Junk food and food that may spoil.
- Unnecessary valuables (jewelry, etc)
The forecast for Monday looks a little wet and very cool. If it is a light rain we will be going! So dress for the weather!!!!
